🎉 We’re celebrating 12 months of Xander Care! 🎉

Today marks one year since we officially began our journey as Xander Care — and what an incredible 12 months it has been! 💙

We want to say a huge thank you to our amazing staff, participants and their support networks, support coordinators, and everyone who has supported us along the way. Your trust, dedication, and encouragement mean the world to us. 🌟

We’re so proud of how far we’ve come and can’t wait to see what the next 12 months have in store for our Xander Care community. Here’s to another year of growth, connection, and making a difference — together! 💫
