Bulk Billing now available at Wyndham House Clinic

From 1 September 2025, Wyndham House Clinic in Shepparton is now bulk billing patients covered by Medicare.

This is part of the $8.5 billion investment in Medicare—the largest since its creation over 40 years ago—ensuring families across regional Australia can access the care they need, when they need it.

We thank Senator Jana Stewart and Kim O’Keeffe MP for visiting Wyndham House Clinic to celebrate this milestone alongside our GPs, and Medical First Group CEO, Kristy Williamson to acknowledge the important role our doctors and staff play in delivering equitable, high-quality healthcare to their communities.

Dr. Rangika Lakmini is a dedicated and compassionate general practitioner with over 6 years of experience in the medical field, after graduating from I P Pavlov Medical University in Russia.

Dr Lakmini has a particular interest in child and adolescent health.

At Wyndham House Clinic, we are excited to welcome Dr Lakmini and her family who have recently moved to Australia from Sri Lanka and plan to make Shepperton their home. Dr Lakmini will commence working from Wyndham House in the next few weeks.

Graduating in 2006 from TUMS in IRAN, with honors, Dr. Rajaee has extensive experience in managing acute and chronic illnesses and conducting preventive care screenings for patients of all ages.
Dr. Rajaee believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his patients and providing personalized care tailored to their individual needs. He takes a comprehensive approach to healthcare, placing an emphasis on patient education and empowering her patients to take an active role in their own health.
