🥳We have just updated our online booking system to show our last minute availabilities for the next few weeks.

We are excited to now be offering the option to book your appointment online. We held off on introducing an online booking option for a LONG time and most of our existing clients are pretty used to giving us a call or sending us a text when they want an appointment.

BUT we love that the online booking system means you can
a. get your appointments organised at a time that suits you, even if we are closed.
b. see everything available to find the best possible time for you.
c. be able to book our last minute appointments

If you are a parent or carer with a young person who isn't getting to school, or is struggling with the school environment in some way, it can feel tough.

We can provide support to young people aged PREP to YEAR 12, who need a safe place to explore their school experience.

We can also provide PARENTS with support to navigate the school stresses and an understanding ear to talk it all through.

𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗞 - 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟭
We decided it was time to start testing what we talk about to make sure it actually works!

First up testing the TIPP Skill - T is for TEMPERATURE:

THE TALK: Changing your temperature can help to regulate high intensity emotions and is useful at times of crisis & to manage strong urges.

THE VERDICT: Definitely helpful - we think this one passes the test. Maybe ditch the ice though!

There are so many reasons that people come to talk to us, it's impossible to name them all. There's not much that we don't talk through with our clients on any given day!

Some times our clients aren't even sure what's brought them in - and that's for us to figure out together.

You might have a specific reason that brings you to us...or you might just need a space away from everyday life where you can be heard.

There's no "threshold" for coming to therapy. Whatever it is that's on your mind matters.

Whatever your reason, we are here to listen.

🗞Hot off the press:
We have had lots of enquiries about our Skills Sessions so we have just finished creating summaries for each of session to help you choose! These summaries can help you select which modules your young person would benefit from.

☎️You also have the choice to book in for a care planning phone call with a clinician at no cost, where they can help you select the modules your young person might benefit from.

🙋‍♀️Choose from skills like mindfulness, emotional regulation, anxiety & mood management. We also have activity based sessions including sensory soothing & journaling.

SHEPPARTON PARENTS & CARERS...

⭐This term we are offering skills sessions to assist young people from ages 6 through to 17 to develop skills to feel happier, manage challenging emotions and feel more confident.

⭐Sessions can be delivered individually as 1:1 sessions, in small groups as sibling (or friend) sessions or as parent - child sessions.

⭐Each module is delivered by a mental health clinician, is tailored to the age group, and includes take home resources for young people to share with their parent/carer. Provided face to face in our rooms in Shepparton, you can enrol your child in one module or all.
