Unfortunately due to our cancellation policy not being adhered to or receiving push back we have decided to make it black and white.
We get it, things are hard for everyone, but we are also a small business trying to make it all work in an economy designed to make it incredibly hard to get ahead.
As of today 6th May 2025, 24 hours notice is required for all changes to appointments. If you have fail to provide less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, if your cancellation is an on the day cancellation you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. This is because on the day cancellation does not give us adequate time to attempt to fill the appointment slot.
A valid card will also be required to be held on file for all clients, if we attempt to charge your card and it fails you will be in arrears and the balance will be required before you can book another appointment.
We have always maintained extreme flexibility, however, due to abuse of our policy we are now not able to.
To the other small business owners, we know you’ll get it, for everyone else, we hope you understand.
To make any changes to your appointment, direct contact with your therapist is required, not a reply to our booking system.
