Our mental health and wellbeing pop ups across the Alpine region have now come to a close. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who visited, connected, or simply took a moment connect.
A special thank you to our generous hosting venues, the Punkah Pantry , Riverdeck Cafe and Cafe Fez for opening your doors and hearts to your community. Your warmth and hospitality helped create safe and welcoming spaces for people to connect.
To our regional service partners, Albury Wodonga Health, Wellways, Gateway Health, Alpine Health, Alpine Shire Council, ACSO, Murray PHN and Partners in Wellbeing, thank you for standing alongside our community with compassion and commitment.

Public Holiday Closure
APMHA HealthCare will be closed tomorrow, Friday September 26, for the public holiday.
Our office will reopen as normal on Monday, September 29 at 9.00am.

'Connect. Create. Celebrate' is the theme of this years Victorian Seniors Festival.

Our recent whole of community pop-up mental health and wellbeing supports have been well received, with locals stopping by to talk, connect and share a coffee together.

To make these pop-ups even more visible and accessible, we’ve updated the locations for Bright and Myrtleford.

Tuesday & Wednesday - Bright at The Riverdeck Kitchen
Friday - Myrtleford at Red Ramia Trading

Support also continues in Porepunkah at the Punkah Pantry.

📍 Pop-ups run 10am–3pm. Free, no referral or appointment needed, just drop in and access local mental health and wellbeing support.

These past weeks have been incredibly tough for the communities in the Alpine Shire and the recent incident has had a real impact on many individuals and families. Please know you don’t have to go through this alone.
Our pop-up support has now extended, with more days and locations over the coming weeks. Drop in 10am–3pm for a coffee and a chat, to connect with others, and to access local mental health and wellbeing support.
