Few new people awakening,, back to basics
G, day good people. . I get a lot of queries on what is Reiki? so i,ll try to put it in a way that i might have understood it 10 years ago. .
Reiki translated into English is "healing through universal life force energy". Energy is sound, sound is frequency, frequency is light. .. so in our bodies there's different frequency,s.. a big flow of energy like wiring in a car/truck ..negative/positive. . When there's damage the circuit stops flowing, it either shorts out, over heats or blows a fuse. So we're off to the machanics/electrician. .
So too with us.. we store emotions ,trauma, broken relationships with in our energy feild and if not released can build up in unclear thoughts, anger, confusion, pain, dis-ease. .it is not airy fairy sh*t..it is scientifically proven.. Doctors can do wonders but what about the emotions after? and it's not in your head.. Energy dosn,t lie. A lot of people don't realize that there still hanging onto old emotions/traums and it's held in your arms,hips,knees.. This is why i Reiki. .to help people release the old so that new flow of your energy will flow. Rewire your system. .brings clarity and ease back to be yourself. .
The ancient technique of Reiki taught me how to channel your own energy so i may pass on what/why this pain is and help remove it out of your energy feild..it is not Neil (or you,ll start swearing and looking at shiny trucks) it is your frequency, your body music that shows me what to do. .
