✨ NEW INSTRUCTOR ALERT ✨

We are very excited to have another instructor starting with us! Justine has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years and has completed her instructor training in both Mat and Reformer.

She is passionate about maintaining mobility, flexibility and helping build strong, healthy bodies at any age, and has a strong anatomical knowledge as she is also a Remedial Massage Therapist!.

Justine will be taking some cover classes over the next few weeks and we look forward to her being a permanent fixture on the timetable in the new year! Please make her feel welcome when you see her in the studio 💚

🎄Unite Movement will close between Christmas and New Year, and will reopen with classes resuming on Tuesday January 6th.

🎄This closure will not affect Myotherapy & Remedial Massage clients with appointments with Lambert, Steph and Tom, so please continue to be advised by them and look out for your appointment reminders.

🎄Pilates participants on memberships will have their memberships paused during this time. There may be a fee adjustment depending on when your payment cycle runs and payment date falls, so please let us know if you have any queries.
