Forme Podiatry Welcome to Forme Podiatry, our team of Podiatrists are here for you. We offer off the shelf and customised orthoses.

Our team of dedicated and caring Podiatrists can help you with all types of foot pain or just a "tidy up". This may include corns/callus, ingrown or thick toe nails, warts, smelly/sweaty feet and fungal nails. We are the only clinic in this region with Laser Fungal nail therapy, no side effects, no drugs, no down time! We can help with assessing childrens feet and review postural problems such as "pigeon toes", "toe walking" or "growing pains". We can assess and help with Plantar fasciosis, heel spurs, bunion pain, "shin splints" and can relieve foot/ankle/knee pain if biomechanical issues are a concern, with orthoses. We offer other specialized care including Doppler vascular assessment/Toe blood pressure assessment (for Diabetics or those with poor circulation), basic Neurological sensation tests, Dry Needling, Nail surgery and Fungal Nail Laser Treatments and good advice. No referral is required to have an appointment.We bulk bill Medicare rebated podiatry services if your GP has verified your eligibility and sent an appropriate referral. DVA , Workcover and TAC clients need a referral from their GP.You can claim HICAPS at our reception. We pride ourselves on being thorough with our general treatments and hope you have an enjoyable foot care experience with us at Lakeside Podiatry.

After 24 Years of being Lakeside Podiatry we are rebranding!
We still have the same Podiatrists, Michelle, Alison and Dharshini and the amazing Nicky managing us all.
We hope that "For-me" Podiatry is just that, providing personalised treatments designed for your individual needs.
We are currently renovating a new building that we will be moving to later in the year.
Considering the new space is not near the lake we thought we should rebrand.
