Podiatrist wanted for private practice in Shepparton. Working in a group practice with no outlying or nursing-home work involved. All aspects of podiatry in a busy regional clinic of over 40 years in practice, including general podiatry, paediatrics, diabetes, sports medicine, nail surgery and orthotics and biomechanics. Treatment modalities include diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound, Swift microwave and cryotherapy wart therapy, Shockwave, CAD CAM orthotics, Digital Doppler and more. We are a busy, friendly general podiatry clinic with a great support team to take care of all instrument and reception duties. Regular CPD and mentorship is provided with highly qualied prescribing practitioners of over 40 years experience.

Shepparton Foot Clinic has been providing top quality and friendly podiatry to the Goulburn Valley since 1983 and Member Engagement Officer Jenna Hearn caught up with owner and principle podiatrist John Head last week.
FUN FACT: In 1977 the Australian Chiropody profession changed its name to Podiatry. This was in line with the profession around the world but it was not just a name change. It indicated an increase in qualifications and scope of practice of the profession.
A podiatrist is a health professional who deals with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs. Victoria Podiatrists may use the honorary title of ‘Doctor’ as part of their title.
