Since 1883, our volunteers have been at the heart of St John, delivering service to humanity.

This year, 285 new volunteers joined us across Victoria from all walks of life. Within our teams of volunteers, we have First Responders, Nurses and Doctors ensuring we are prepared for any patient that enters our care.

Together, they worked tirelessly to treat over 32,000 patients at 2,400 separate events in the community. Thank you to our volunteers! πŸ’š

Our Story

Goulburn Valley Division of St John Ambulance Australia (VIC) is a group of dedicated First Responders, First Aiders and Health Care Professionals providing Event Health Services throughout Northern Central Victoria and beyond.

Our organisation is part of the Victorian State Health Emergency Response Plan (SHERP), meaning we are called upon to assist at major incidents including bushfires, mass-casualty incidents and natural disasters.

We attend many local gatherings and support major events throughout the state on a regular basis and are well equipped to provide a high standard of pre-hospital care.

Divisional Training is conducted weekly on Wednesday nights from 7pm to 9pm with additional training conducted ocassionally on weekends.
