🧐 What’s your definition of success?

I often talk to clients about this. Is who you are Vs what you do more important? You see, many think that what you do (i.e., achievement l/performance self esteem), what you look like (I.e., body self esteem) and how many friends you have i.e., social esteem) is what defines success when in fact, this is a sure way fire to diminish your self worth (as all these variables are changeable).

Who you are as a human is more important than the above. ⬆️
