🎄The silly season officially starts now! Your nervous system is already feeling it.

The next month will be full - work deadlines before the break, social commitments, gift shopping, family dynamics, travel planning, the mental load that comes with coordinating everything.

And somewhere in all of that, you’re supposed to also… enjoy it?

Quality sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation everything else is built on.
