At Fernwood Shepparton, we understand that all women are different. That's why we offer a variety of workout options, from both yoga and circuits to weights and cardio - we offer it all! We are located opposite the Shepparton Show Grounds in High Street. At Fernwood Gym Shepparton we are proud to offer all of the the following plus more:
-> Infrared Sauna,
-> Reformer Pilates,
-> Small group Personal Training FIIT30 program,
-> Body Combat, BoxFit, Body Pump, RPM, Yoga, Circuit, Body Balance, ABT, RPM Classes.
-> We support our members and offer 1-1 & 1-2 Personal Training services to help keep you motivated towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
-> Fernwood App, online workout library and meal plans!

At Fernwood Shepparton, we understand that all women are different. That's why we offer a variety of workout options, with a Group Fitness Timetable boasting over 150 Group Fitness Classes that include; Circuits, dancing and FIIT30 through to weights, cardio, Yoga and Barre - we offer it all! We support our members with 24 hour access, state of the art facilities, an onsite infrared sauna, plus, full kitchenette, fully stocked bathroom facilities, and much more. We have a team of professional Personal Trainers to help keep you motivated and keep you accountable, to work within your limits and reaching your peaks. Workout alongside like minded woman to achieve your health and fitness goals in the shortest time possible. We are located opposite the Shepparton Show Grounds in High Street and we welcome walk in’s.
