On Thursday 19 March we gather for this month’s Collective New Moon Kinesiology Balance.

This New Moon in Pisces arrives at the very end of the zodiac cycle, just days before the March Equinox and a natural threshold where one cycle completes and a new one begins.

The Dark Moon phase invites the body and nervous system to slow down and release emotional residue that may have been quietly held beneath the surface.

Pisces energy supports softening, surrender and deeper emotional clearing, allowing space for the next chapter to emerge.

In kinesiology we often see how the body stores stress and emotional patterns and how powerful it can be when the body is supported to release them.

I’m always in awe of how energy moves through our lives — in business, motherhood, friendship, and within ourselves.

Last week was full: board games, laughter, dancing, spinal flow bodywork, playing Nitro Netball with my daughter (slightly sore knee included!), and attending a MIB Co-working event where I learned how to make my website more visible and inclusive — and even won a ticket to Brunch.

On the outside, these are joyful and treasured moments. But underneath? There were flickers of comparison, overwhelm, lack, and pressure.

And here’s what I know to be true — both through my formal kinesiology training and through lived experience:

When emotions and stress responses aren’t acknowledged, they don’t disappear. They accumulate in the nervous system. They begin to influence our confidence, our decisions, our relationships, and how we show up in business.

This is where I work.

I’m a Kinesiologist and Akashic Records Practitioner based in Fig Tree Pocket (also working online). Through muscle monitoring and nervous system regulation, I support women to clear stored emotional stress, limiting beliefs, and looping patterns that keep them stuck or holding themselves back.

Final New Moon of the Snake | Threshold into the Fire Horse

We are standing between energies. I have felt this in many ways especially over the last few weeks, have you?!

The Year of the Snake draws to a close — a year of shedding, refinement, and quiet internal transformation.

Intention and Energy Coming into Tension

What does intention look like as we move toward it?
And how do we navigate it throughout the year as an energetic construct?

When you hit a wobble or a wall ,do you see it as an opportunity, a setback, or a dead end?

When we bring our intentions for the year in close and shine light on them, we must understand that throughout the year this intention will draw its opposite, its polarity into tension.

So when you notice the opposite of what your heart desires showing up, know this: it is an opportunity.

An opportunity to shift and change.
To transform and transcend the energy as it rises into tension.
To bring it into balance - no longer charged, no longer running your system or moving through your energetic matrix unconsciously.

Delight in the knowing that your experience is merely on the way, not in the way.

This work will bring up belief systems, old emotions, contraction, and stagnation - so they can move.

You’ve set the intention. Keep going.

It is not a setback. It is always an opportunity to move you toward the next, more aligned version of yourself.

This, on a Monday morning is what fills my heart with warmth and joy.

"Hi Tanya, just wanted to let you know that I feel really great after my session on Friday. Like energy is flowing thru my body and I feel heaps lighter. Really appreciate your help"

That moment someone notices within themselves that there are shifts and it feels good and that they are going to express it.

That connection to inner wisdom and acknowledgement, even if we can't quite definite it but is a felt sense and an embodied feeling.

This is the practice this year, as we move towards the Year of the Horse, to drop into our bodies and acknowledge what feels good, what is the momentum I want more of and claiming it, voicing it. Love it.

So grateful for the share, as I get to be in community with this experience as well. It amplifies both our fields.

Human - Soul Alignment

Are you trying to access and vision and magic your 2026?!

Do you start but get nowhere - feeling stuck, limited and can't even map the next day, week, month or year ahead. It's ok to acknowledge that and choose to want more.

Your energy, your alignment, your magnetism may be needing support at this time, don't sit in frustration or in loops and overwhelm, you maybe stopping, blocking or limiting what wants to come through for you this year.

There are so many beautiful processes available that I can see in our community being offered to create the year ahead. 🤍 Supporting the Nervous System at This Time of Year 🤍

This time of year can place significant demands on our nervous system.

For some, it’s the intensity of being around family, friends, noise, emotions and expectations.

For others, it’s the quiet and navigating grief, loss, absence, or working through a season that highlights what’s missing.

Both states can activate stress responses in the body.
Both deserve care.

In kinesiology, we recognise that emotions are experienced and stored within the nervous system. When they aren’t given space to integrate, the body often stays in a heightened or collapsed state of protection.

Gentle, body-based support can help regulate the stress response and restore communication between the brain, heart and gut.

✨ Simple self-support techniques you can try and mix them up and see which combination your innate intelligence wants to use to resource you:

• One hand on the heart and one on the forehead
This supports frontal–heart integration, helping calm emotional overwhelm while bringing clarity and presence online. Breathe here until the body softens.

• One hand on the heart and one on the belly (especially before meals)

This supports vagal tone and emotional digestion — assisting the body to process experiences, not just food.
