🌟 We're Hiring: Support Workers - Upper Hunter 🌟

Do you want to make a real difference in your local community? Hunter Valley Supports is looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Muswellbrook, Scone, and surrounds!

What you'll do:

✨ Support NDIS participants in their homes and out in the community
✨ Work in our SIL house with two amazing ladies
✨ Build meaningful relationships and help people live their best lives
✨ Enjoy variety with different shifts including sleepovers available

What we're looking for:

💙 A big heart and genuine care for others
💙 Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, or Mental Health (preferred)
💙 Relevant experience (but we'll also consider the right attitude!)
💙 Driver's license and reliable car
💙 Flexibility with shifts

Employment Options:

📋 Permanent Part Time (PPT) positions available
🎓 Traineeships available - get qualified while you work and earn!

Are you detail-oriented and looking for meaningful work that makes a difference? We're seeking a Business Operations Officer to join our supportive team in Singleton.

What You'll Do:
✅ Data entry and record keeping for our operations
✅ Support fleet management and vehicle record keeping
✅ Support compliance documentation for NDIS requirements
✅ Assist with basic financial record keeping under supervision
✅ Help coordinate property maintenance for our SIL homes

What We Offer
💰 SCHADS SCE Level 3 + penalties
⏰ 25 hours/week (5 hours/day, Mon-Fri)
🎯 Flexible start times (8:00-9:00 AM)

What You'll Need
Essential:
✨Certificate III in Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

Desirable:
✨Interest in disability services sector
✨Basic NDIS knowledge
✨Experience with MYOB/Xero
