Today is international  .please know that it's OK to take time for selfcare. You can't be the best partner, parent, colleague etc you can be, If you're not the best version of you. It's taken me many years to learn this. It's something I was struggle with everyday.

Youth make up only 20% of Australia's whole population, but make up 25% of our homeless population. That's a stat from Salvation Army which I heard on the radio today.

I have just started a gofund me to help kick start funds SelfBeliefCreative which is the mental health advocacy business that I've just started. If I can get 30 donations from members here by Sunday I will sign up to do Laps For Life which raises funds to support youth mental health and March On With Soldier ON 96kms in the month, which raises funds towards preventing veteran su***de.
