A bit about me 🙋‍♀️

I have been an athlete for 16 years specalising in the 100m and 200m sprint which I love! As I was so involved in sport at a young age, I knew I wanted a career in the health and science industry to support my interests. In 2019 I graduated University with my Nutrition degree and went straight into coaching clients 1 on 1. Over the 3 years, I coached over 500 clients which varied from athletes to post-partum mums and everything in between 🥪

Being an athlete, my nutrition is super important and I know first hand how food choices can either be make or break in how you are feeling. I practice what I preach and can understand the weekly hardships which you may face đź’•

Having someone with you every step of the way is super important if you are trying to achieve your goals and learn more throughout it. That is why I offer 24/7 contact times so that you are constantly supported especially if you are faced with a challenge.

You will receive weekly meal plans to ensure food options are kept exciting and suitable to your week ahead.

Want to achieve your goals but don’t want to cut out your favourite treats or social events?

It is important to recognise that alcohol DOES include calories although it is a liquid. We call the calories in alcohol “empty calories” as they provide energy but do not provide any nutritional gain. It is therefore important to make smart swaps throughout the day if you wish to include some alcohol but also stay on track to achieving your goals.

Tips:
* Opt for low calorie alcohol options
* Be organised
* Prioritise protein and fibre throughout the day
* No need to restrict and skip meals- plan ahead and work your meals around the drinks.
* Limit your intake

Hey i’m Carlie! In 2019 I graduated from Uni with my Bachelor of Nutrition Science where I learnt the ins and outs of everything food and science!
I have 4 years experience coaching clients one on one and have assisted in improving the social awareness of nutrition continuously through everything that I do.
I also have clinical experience working in the hospital sector as a Nutritionist.

Outside of this, I compete competitively in athletics and specialise in the 100m and 200m sprint. I have competed on a state and national level in this for 16 years so I understand how important nutrition is not only for every day health but also for performance!
