On Day 1, Hilary Kennedy brought incredible energy to the Shot Put event, finishing with a well-earned silver medal. She was super pumped and delivered a series of consistent throws, landing just shy of her personal best. An impressive feat, especially after recently recovering from an injury. Hilary's age group even outperformed the younger division, showing their strength and determination. With this strong start, Hilary is more motivated than ever and already looking forward to competing in Korea next year.

2025 NSW Short Course Youth State Champs

Mila was selected to compete in the 200m Freestyle Relay and 200m Medley Relay Teams for NuSwim.

Mila also secured an individual State Qualifying time for 100m Freestyle - a fantastic achievement in its own right 🤩💪🏻

Mila secured another PB shaving 0.55 secs off her seeded time and placed 24th out of 77 swimmers in the State.

Our team have shared laughs, competitive nature and determination to reach our goal of 5000km during the month of September to raise awareness for Mental Health through the Black Dog Institutes 'One Foot Forward'

We are thrilled to announce we have reached 1,125km so far and continue to work to reach our ultimate goal!
