Need Hand Therapy? ✋ Meet Conor! ✌

Conor is a Physiotherapist who completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in 2021.

He has a strong interest in Hand Therapy, Sports and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation. He is particularly passionate about supporting clients through upper limb injuries and post-operative recovery, helping them return to meaningful activities and goals through tailored, evidence-based treatment.

Conor provides a wide range of services including splinting and bracing, manual therapies, exercise-based rehabilitation, dry needling, and education throughout the rehab process. He also has experience working with NDIS participants and takes a holistic approach to care that considers the whole person.

Outside of work, Conor enjoys playing soccer, golf, and mountain biking. He also values quality time with friends, family, and his corgi, Shelby. Known for his easy-going and approachable nature, Conor creates a relaxed environment that helps clients feel supported and confident on their rehabilitation journey.

Alicia is our Paediatric Physiotherapist 👶💪🧍‍♀️🧍

🎓 Alicia graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Clinical Science from Macquarie University. Alicia has extensive experience working with paediatric clients and working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Alicia has undergone the following additional training:

✅ Australian Physiotherapy Association Paediatric Physiotherapy Level 2.
✅ Australian Physiotherapy Association Paediatric Physiotherapy Level 1.
✅ Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE) training; to screen for Cerebral Palsy in infants
✅ Therapeutic Evaluation & Treatment of Toe Walking (Pediatric Equinus Gait)

Alicia strongly believes in person-centered care, and providing education and support to children and families, so that they can live a fulfilling life.

When Alicia is not at work you’ll find her weightlifting, at the beach, travelling, walking her dog with her husband, or judging artistic roller skating!” 🐾🏋️‍♀️

Last week, Chloe and her team from Singleton attended the Gosford Netball Carnival. The girls finished 1st and winning the carnival! 🥇🏆🎉

They managed to come away with 6 wins and just the one loss by only 2 points.

Hilary competed at Nationals last week in Canberra, placing 3rd 🥉 in Shot Put and 2nd 🥈in Javelin.

It's great to see all your hard work paying off, as we now look to prepare for the World Masters Athletics Championships in Korea in August ! 💪
