Weekly Wrap-Up ✨😁

Last week kicked off with Monday cooking group making chicken tenders and chips from scratch and a sweet treat to finish it off 😜

On Tuesday our lawn mowing crew smashed out their jobs for the day and our small group supports headed to the pool for some fun 🌟

On Wednesday our social group went to Port Stephen’s & went tobogganing 🎢

Thursday was a day full of 1:1 supports, including a trip to war birds ✈️

On Friday we headed to the Newcastle Show for a day of carnival fun 🤩

✨MEET AMY✨

Amy is our firecracker 🧨 - she is always bursting with ideas, positivity and so much energy! Amy brings so much passion to her role at Bright Start Supports and we love her contagious enthusiam ☀️

1. What is your role at bright starts supports?
My role at BSS is a personal support worker or group support worker of young adults.

2. How do you unwind after work?
I unwind by listening to punk or Cross over thrash or Nu Metal bands and riding my horse 🐴 🤘🏽

3. What’s 1 non-negotiable you always bring to work?
My non negotiable is a smile and happy outlook, positivity ⭐️

4. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I would love to be able to make everyone happy and enjoy their day and see the bright side. To help with mental health and a more positive outlook on life ❤️
