🌟HOLLY🌟

When Holly first joined Bright Start Supports, she shared her goal of working in hospitality BUT the smell of coffee made her feel sick 🤮

Fast forward to last week… and what a moment it was 👏🏼

At the Singleton High School ANZAC service, Holly surprised Tina and Amanda by stepping confidently behind the coffee machine, taking and making orders for all the guests 🥺☕️

We couldn’t be prouder of how far Holly has come! 🩷

‼️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE DIRECTOR ‼️

We know there’s been a lot of conversation around the NDIS changes lately, and for many families and participants it’s bringing up a lot of uncertainty.

We want to reassure you that at this stage, there is still no clear detail on what these changes will look like in practice. Like you, we are following along and waiting for more information.

What we can share is that we are already in the process of becoming fully registered, with our audit booked for next month. This puts us in a strong position moving forward.

For now, nothing changes. We will continue to support our participants the same way we always have, with consistency, care and a strong focus on outcomes.

As we learn more, we will share updates with you. In the meantime, if you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to our team. We’re here.

COLOUR RUN - WRAP UP 🌟🌈🏃🏼‍♀️

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came down, donated and supported our very first community event on Thursday!

It’s been a huge 6 weeks of planning, late nights, early mornings, last minute k-mart runs…you name it, we did it 👏🏼 Seeing the colour run come to life was both emotional and incredible!

We are still in shock that over 200 of you showed up on the day, we ran out of shirts and chalk after thinking we had way too much!

We are so grateful for the support and can’t wait to do it all again in 2027. We will be back bigger and better🩷
