🌿 Saturday 9am – All Levels Flow with Michelle
Ease into the weekend with mindful movement, breath and strength. Michelle’s nurturing guidance will help you feel grounded, energised, and back in your body — no matter your experience level.

🌙 Sunday 9am – Yin with Angela
Then come home to yourself with Angela’s gentle Yin class. Long-held shapes, quiet stillness, and deep restoration to melt away tension and replenish your nervous system.
