How to Use BetterConsult Before Your Appointment?

To help your doctor prepare and make your consultation smoother, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Receive the SMS
The day before your appointment, you will receive a secure SMS from our practice with a BetterConsult link.

Step 2: Click the Secure Link
Open the message and tap the link provided. This will take you to your private pre-consultation questionnaire, please note all response are private and confidential.

Step 3: Enter Your Main Reason for Visit
Start by selecting the main reason you are seeing the doctor. You can add more details as you go.

Step 4: Complete the Questionnaire
Answer the questions about your symptoms, concerns, medications, and any relevant history.
Take your time — this helps your doctor understand everything before you arrive.

Step 5: Submit Before Your Appointment
Once completed, submit the form. Your doctor will review your responses ahead of your consultation.

Our LAST TRADING DAY OF 2025 will be FRIDAY THE 19TH OF DECEMBER.

And we will RE-OPEN ON MONDAY THE 5TH OF JANUARY 2026.
