NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Dear Patients,
We wish to inform you that our GP clinic will be closed due to unforeseen circumstances from 17 June to 30 June and will reopen on 1 July. Dr. Lolly is scheduled to return to work on Tuesday, 1 July. Additionally, Dr. Sanchez will return to work on Monday, 21 July.
During the closure period, should you require an urgent prescription or referral, please contact us via email at reception@raworthgp.com.au. Alternatively we will be in the office on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 9am- 1pm to answer any calls. We will attend to your requests as soon as possible.
