Something I felt I needed to share

It’s ok to not be ok

Your allowed to feel your emotions
Your allowed to feel the pain
Your allowed not to be strong for a day
You allowed to feel these uncomfortable feelings

Why
Because it’s good for our mind, body heart, ❤️ and soul to feel, and become a realise to the body.

When we know we are not ok and we keep pushing and pushing through
Reminding ourselfs to be positive
Saying to ourselves we have got this

There is just some days we can say I don’t have this today.
I’m not doing ok today

Allowing your self to go through uncomfortable feelings, is the best way to grow, transfermate into what your higer self / soul, needs you to do and receive here on earth. 🌍
