Originally ‘Performance Health Physiotherapy Sunshine Coast’, My Performance Health was founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing elite sport knowledge, experience and level of professionalism into the community. Using a mixture of thorough assessment techniques, hands-on treatment, modified training plans, advice and exercise, our goal is to help you maintain being active whilst also rehabilitating your injury. At My Performance Health, we pride ourselves on communicating with our clients and their broader healthcare team to provide “Optimal Care for Optimal Performance”.

With over 4 years of experience, Kailey is passionate about helping people move well and feel their best. She prides herself on building genuine connections with her clients, taking the time to understand their goals and tailoring treatment to suit each individual.
