Our dedicated and experienced staff, who have an intimate knowledge of our products and services are focused on providing the highest level of customer service. We are an Australian owned company, who are responsive to customer requirements, and innovative in developing new products, such as the RestEzy Back Rest, Clean Seal Easy Slide Shower System and Glow Rails. Further product developments include Oval Tube which will be available early 2013. We will not compromise the interests of the customer and the end user by reducing quality for lower prices under any circumstances. Lovely Leonard first became a Bendtech customer back in 1993 and recently returned to us for more custom work .

A true testament to trusting our service and the quality of our products, this time bringing along with him an original business card and catalogue from the archives, dating all the way back to when we first started in 1992.

Originally served by our founding owner, Rob Cerezo, Leonard’s latest visit came full circle — 32 years and three generations later — when he was welcomed by Rob’s granddaughter Kaela.
