We would like to let our families know that Lung Function and Allergy Testing will begin during the April school holidays and will continue over a few months. We will be contacting you individually to set up appointments for your kids. If you have friends & family in Circular Head who haven't signed up yet, please encourage them to do so by contacting CHAC.
