An uplifting, backbend-focused class designed to build strength, mobility and confidence through progressive heart-opening shapes. Thoughtful preparation, strong foundations, and options for all levels. You’ll leave feeling open, energised and a little lighter.
🌻Ease In with Megan
Fridays 6:00pm from March 13
A Friday night exhale. Slow, mindful movement to bridge the week into the weekend, finishing with a grounding communal tea ritual.
Please note: this class won’t run on Winetime nights.
🌷Shakti Flow with Megan
Sundays 9:00am from March 15
A Vinyasa practice inviting inner strength and presence through breath-led, intuitive movement. Creative, empowering and deeply connecting.
🌹 Contrology (Monthly Mat Pilates Special)
Saturdays 8:30am – starting March 28
Once a month, we return to the roots.
A strong, continuous classical mat sequence. No props, just precision, control and stamina. Best suited to those with some Pilates experience or anyone curious about the original method.
