The Loft Collaborative A welcoming space that provides a holistic and conscious approach to movement. TLC is a small sunlit studio with timber floors and no mirrors.

We offer a variety of Mat Pilates & Yoga classes, as well as small group training, recovery and mindfulness sessions, with classes suited for men, women and non-binary of all ages. With a maximum of 8-12 humans per class, we can ensure that you will be given the attention you deserve. We are one of the only small studios in Adelaide offering Mat Pilates and over 5 different styles of classes.

Our next gathering is happening on April 26th at 12pm at Summertown… and this one is a little special.

We’re hosting a Coffee x Swap Meet.

Come for a coffee, a chat, a slow moment of connection… and if you feel called to, bring something to share with the community.

Bring anything - clothes, home-cooked meals, fruit or veggies from your garden, books, little treasures… whatever feels aligned or you have an abundance of.

We’re weaving something rooted in reciprocity, care, and community.

And truly… you don’t need to bring anything to belong here.

Sometimes we’re the ones with full hands, and sometimes we’re the ones needing a little extra support. Both are welcome. Always.

Taking a moment to officially introduce Dani to the TLC team 🤍✨

With a background in dance and ballet, Dani’s love for movement naturally evolved into Pilates and yoga. She went on to complete her Certificate III in Group Fitness and Pilates instruction, before graduating from UniSA in 2007 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy). Dani has since worked extensively across both studio and clinical settings, and currently holds a part-time role with Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), supporting the teaching and training of Occupational Therapists.

Deeply passionate about the body’s innate capacity to heal, adapt and grow, Dani takes a holistic approach to movement - honouring the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of wellbeing. Her classes are grounded in this philosophy, guiding students to reconnect through breath, mindful movement, and postural awareness, so they can engage more fully in life.

A proud mum to three energetic boys, Dani credits motherhood as a powerful teacher in her own practice, keeping her anchored in presence, patience, and breath.

Having recently completed her 200HR Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through Human Kind, Dani draws inspiration from yoga mythology and the timeless wisdom woven through the practice. Her classes blend storytelling, alignment, and breath, with thoughtful options to support all levels.

Expect to leave her sessions feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply connected - to yourself, your breath, and the essence of the practice.

Designed to build, not burn you out.

We gradually increase intensity and load across the block so you can settle in, stay consistent, and feel real strength gains as the weeks go on.

Our S&C classes are the missing addition to your weekly routine. They will compliment your schedule already consisting of yoga, pilates and recovery, and support how you show up on the mat.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6am & 6pm | Saturdays 7:15am.

Interested in strength classes only? We have a limited membership available. $45/week or $30/week concession for 3 classes. Go all in or balance it with a recovery session.

Time to lock in 🫡
