Here's your lymph system. All lymph below the waist drains to your groin. All lymph from above waist to the neck drains to underarms. All lymph from neck and head drains to above the collarbone. All lymph on the left side of your body drains to the left drainage point. All lymph on the right side of your body drains the to right drainage point. When draining your lymph, move lymph to those drainage areas.
