Based on the Mornington Peninsula, Amity Care Services is an NDIS registered provider and national finalist in the Australian Disability Service Awards, recognised for excellence in support coordination.

Amity offers a full spectrum of supports, from in-home and community care to restorative stays in their welcoming respite, STA and MTA properties.

It was a true privilege for our Support Coordination team to be part of such a special event, surrounded by so many incredible individuals and organisations making a real difference in the disability sector.
Although we didn’t take home the award, we are honoured to have been recognised as one of the Top 5 Support Coordinators in Australia, an achievement we are extremely proud of!!

Supporting our community together! 🌟
At Amity Care Services, our Support Coordination team helps participants connect with local services that make life easier. One fantastic resource in Mornington is the Mornington Community Support Centre (MCSC).
MCSC offers:
    •    Community Café ☕️ – Open Monday to Thursday, 10 AM–2 PM, serving free coffee, tea, and meals. A welcoming space to meet others and feel connected.
    •    Fresh Food Program 🥕 – Thursdays at 9:30 AM at St Mark’s Uniting Church, Barkly Street, Mornington.
    •    Regular Fresh Food, Fruit & Bread 🍞 – Available daily at the Centre when donations arrive.
    •    Other Support Services – Assistance with clothing, accommodation, finances, and health programs.

Are you new to the NDIS or looking to better understand your plan? Join Amity Care Services for a free session designed to help you navigate the system with confidence.

📍 Where: Capel Sound Community Hub, 11A Allambi Ave, Capel Sound

This session will cover:

* Understanding budgets and funding
