Today is all about celebrating people, personality, and living life to the fullest — and Hannah does exactly that every single day.

From singing along at Sister Act and dancing in the theatre when the final song plays, to swimming, cruising, and smashing her Exercise Physiology classes, Hannah brings joy, determination, and plenty of cheeky humour wherever she goes. She’s full of life, and an absolutely fabulous dancer!

Dee has had the privilege of being Hannah’s primary Support Worker for nearly 6 years, and they have truly been the most joyous years. Watching her confidence grow, supporting her to do the things she loves, and sharing so many laughs along the way is what inclusion is all about.

Different, not less. Celebrating ability, friendship, and opportunities today and every day. 💛💙

Henri discovered diamond art in 2022 thanks to a friend, and it quickly became one of his favourite ways to unwind.

His mum was an artist, and creativity has always been something Henri appreciates. Diamond art gives him a way to express that creativity while also switching off, focusing, and blocking out everyday distractions.

He enjoys the process of watching a piece slowly come together, one tiny diamond at a time. ✨

So far, Henri has completed nearly 40 pieces, many of which he proudly gifts to friends and family, making each finished artwork even more special!

Lucky for us, our retreat comes with a built-in eco-friendly mowing crew. 🐴

No petrol, no noise, no servicing — just hardworking ponies happily keeping the grass under control.

Participants created their own flowers using craft materials, with each flower representing the kindness, strengths, and contributions every person brings to our community.

On Friday 6th March, we came together for a lovely morning tea to celebrate International Women’s Day. All of the handmade flowers were combined into one beautiful garden display, showcasing the creativity, connection, and wonderful spirit within our Activity Hub community.

By sharing a little time and creativity, we created a colourful space filled with positivity and belonging. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this garden grow 🌼

Here is what one of our incredible participants shared about her journey:

"Since becoming part of the Amity Care services community under the NDIS, I have been able to grow my confidence, self-esteem and love for myself. The support I receive regularly has changed my way of living into a positive and nurturing space. Amity provides me with the coordination and social aspect I need to continue thriving, which has allowed me to reach my goals of starting my own small business. Without the optimism of my support workers I wouldn't have made it this far, so thank you Amity!"

🥞🎉 Pancake Day Fun at Our Activity Hub! 🎉🥞

Today our participants came together at our Activity Hub to celebrate Pancake Day — and what a wonderful morning it was!

Our amazing Coordinator Kim spoiled everyone with delicious, freshly made pancakes that were shared with lots of smiles (and maybe a few extra toppings! 😋).

To top it all off, our favourite duo ROSCHELL had everyone singing along and enjoying the music, creating such a joyful and inclusive atmosphere.

There’s nothing better than good food, great company, and a sing-along to bring everyone together.

Moments like these are what our community is all about 💛
