Restorative Yoga is an invitation to truly rest. Using supportive props and longer-held poses, your body is gently guided into a space where it can replenish, recover, and simply be.
So many of us move through life without giving ourselves the time or permission to pause. This practice creates the space where rest can naturally happen. And when your body rests, it begins to heal.
This is your time to return to what you can control — your breath, your body, your presence.
To soften into self-love and gratitude for all that is here for you.
