Reflux and Magnesium being your first point of call

Your first point of call should always be magnesium. Why? Because magnesium not only neutralises acid it also supports and strengthens muscle function.

If the lower esophageal sphincter muscle is too weak or pushed too far the wrong way acid reflux is more prominent.

Generally this is an easy fix with kinesiology techniques should the magnesium not be sufficient.

Sunglasses, Your Eyes and Vitamin D

Stop wearing sunglasses. You have 23 aromatic amino acids and the majority of them are at the back of your eye in your retina. You need the natural light to hit these in order to make chemicals in your body that cannot be made any other way. When you get cataracts, they remove your lens and put a synthetic one in and guess what happens down the line? You get a detached retina.

Sunlight through your eyes is also the fastest way to absorb Vit D which is essential for many functions in the body. So when you remove your sunglasses you are supporting;

Bone Health: Vitamin D helps the body maintain adequate calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood, which supports bone mineralization, growth, and strength. Without enough of it, bones can become soft, thin, and brittle, leading to conditions like rickets in children and osteomalacia and osteoporosis in adults.

Reducing the risk of certain conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes, cancer, Supporting brain health and mood regulation.

And lastly if you are spending longer periods of time in the sun, avoid chemical laden sunscreens that often have cancer causing chemicals

Can you Feel the changes in the Energy Field?

I said to a client today “There is a new energy field, undercurrent we can access. It’s an evolved one. It’s different!”

“You can simply ask what it feels like to gain access to it.”

I’ve been tapping into it quite a bit lately just propping myself there getting acquainted with it. It feels like a higher octave, a higher state of being. It feels really good!

I’ve been able to stay in fields of frequencies for much longer than my previous ups downs ins out. It feels safe now to be here, I trust it implicitly and it feels really good to have access to it. Access which I now call connection. Connect to the field of source energy where you can literally change your frequency to what you want to feel.

All the work I’ve done acknowledging, integrating and collapsing old timelines, old stories old fields has brought me to this time and I can share my experience of it now because as consciousness evolves so too does the collective and the collectives evolving abilities 💞💫

So over the next week I’m taking care of the EESystem Good Energy Room while the gorgeous Jo and her husband Adam have a much needed holiday. They’ve been so busy setting this incredible space up to take care of people in need of support. I will be on the front desk welcoming and nurturing. I'm back at work, working one armed lol with success. Adaptation is something I'm pretty used to and this time it's actually been pretty easy. I stack a lot my corrections and come back to my simpler protocols for integration. It's quite amazing what can be achieved no matter where your at. I had a beautiful client chase me down the road after her session today... we were walking Gus, to gift me a stunning bouquet of yellow blooms "Thank you for being you" was her message 💓🥰 I'm so lucky to do the work I do. Watching people walk away with more power, more energy, more pieces of themselves rediscovered and more release in their bodies is by far the best job I could ever have imagined doing 😊 Grateful and full today witnessing a absolutely beautiful being in her radiant light 🌞🙏

Oh and I don't have to go back into surgery 🥰 thank you The EESystem Good Energy Room and Hyperbaric Chambers Australia - CellRegen for the supportt because this elbow was grumpy and the load is lifted now I know I'm one week from starting rehab. Lots of flow this week with things that were stuck.

Sometimes you just have to lean into trust and deep knowing that when you truly listen things will always come into alignment. Thank you to my supports Sue for taxiing me, mum for cooking and cleaning, Craig for cleaning up cat poo, shopping, cleaning, taxiing you are a God sent and my boys for nurturing and cooking for me, they are the absolute best.

Max I don't think you can leave home you are the best support worker I think I've ever been privy too! Your care and making sure I have everything including things I wouldnt think of myself "cocao" make me feel so lucky 💓🥰🙏
My boys now know how to make all my staples 🙌 and are doing their own washing 😁 hallelujah there are many blessing in challenges 🥰🙏💓
