The Evolve team had a great day out yesterday! We enjoyed a fun filled afternoon tree surfing (please enjoy the video of Matty at the end) and dinner to celebrate the year!

A huge congratulations one of Evolve's OG's Lucy on completing 1000 sessions!!!!

Lucy has been attending Evolve since we opened the doors 10 years ago and is the 3rd person to reach 1000 sessions! She is an absolute joy to train, with the most infectious energetic. She is always smiling, always laughing and works hard!

Congratulations to 4 of our Rosebud superstars for reaching their 100th session!

Jill & Annette have been attending our Rosebud studio since we first opened and we greatly appreciate their loyalty! They give their all every session and we love seeing them reach their milestone!
