Pop Up GP Personalised General Practice We are a Personalised General Practice. We provide you with a choice of where and when you see a General Practitioner.

We provide an appointment based choice of consultation times with a General Practitioner by video, or face to face at your home, office, aged care facility, or resort. We offer a choice of 20 minute, 40 minute, or 60 minute appointments. Video Visits are provided nationally. We provide Home Visits to your home, office, aged care facility, or resort in the Mornington Peninsula suburbs of Portsea, Sorrento, Blairgowrie, St. Andrews Beach, Cape Schanck, Flinders, Main Ridge, Shoreham, Merricks North, and Mount Martha. If your home, office, aged care facility, or resort is in a neighbouring suburb and you would like to arrange a Visit, or you prefer a different appointment time please complete the Contact Us form at www.popupgp.com or call 0475 092 191. Returning to school means big changes to routines and environments that can sometimes cause children’s asthma to flare up.

Asthma action plans are a vital tool for managing asthma and ensuring a quick response to an emergency.

Asthma symptoms should be reviewed with a doctor (GP) every 6 months for children and every year for adults, and the asthma action plan updated if necessary.
