Sometimes through the grace of God, someone comes into your life and rearranges everything just because they see your soul and love you unconditionally.

Words cannot express the nature of Shantimayi. Today, with a full heart, I celebrated her, her life and her profound service to the awakening of humanity.

Her teachings touched so many all over the world and it was incredibly beautiful to see her being celebrated by all of Rishikesh and those from all parts of the world. Millions of rose petals have been thrown into mother Gunga as her ashes were released. Overhead 3 eagles circled. JAI HO SHANTIMAYI

When I first began on my spiritual journey it was on a retreat that I had an awakening.

I was a busy mum and business owner and totally stressed out.

From the outside I looked like I had it all together.

I had a beautiful home, a supportive husband, 4 fast growing kids and a thriving business.

Inside was a different story. I was on edge, anxious and ran on adrenaline.

What I was really running from was myself….

Things I’d buried, stepped over, washed away where now catching up and seeping into my existence.

It was on a retreat that saved my life and began my journey back to wholeness and regulation.

It was on a retreat, I learnt to exhale and feel my feet on the earth.

It was on a retreat I got to sit with my thoughts without a million things grabbing my attention.

It was in a retreat I found my souls purpose.

Today, retreats are at the heart of my work. To guide women home to their own heart and to hold the space as one who has walked and sat where you are.
