Holistic Healing for Autoimmune Balance
Autoimmune illness is often explained as the body “attacking itself.”
But when we look deeper, science shows it’s the body trying to protect us after years of stress, trauma and overload.
Research links chronic nervous system dysregulation, being stuck in fight-or-flight, with inflammation, immune imbalance and pain.
When trauma is unresolved, the body never fully feels safe and healing can’t switch on.
