Well it’s that time of year again! Schedules are overloaded, events, end of school term, preparations for Christmas and the list goes on.

I will be open through the holiday period but bookings are already filling fast. Most of November is now booked with only a handful of available appointments in December.

Please be mindful of cancelling out appointment well in advance as waitlist is growing.

99% of my clients have a treatment regularly.

How often should you get a regular treatment?
Well that depends on you, your body, lifestyle, work, stress.

Some people are weekly, fortnightly, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks.

Your body is your vehicle, you wouldn’t expect your vehicle to go thousands of km without checking its water, oil, air or even getting a service.

Only 4 appointments left for November and December is filling fast.

Book in ahead and let’s get you on a regular treatment schedule, you only get one body.

Months and years even decades of stress and tension won’t be “fixed” in one session.
The reality is we use our bodies 24/7- yep even in our sleep! 💤

So how can I help? Well 18 years of working on muscles day in and day out I kinda have a special magic that can feel when something just won’t move.

One session will certainly make you feel AMAZING, but muscles have memory and will quickly return to what they feel is normal if follow up sessions aren’t maintained.

Now don’t think I want you to come back every second day, nope I feel a maintenance is unique to each individual, it may mean weekly to start, fortnightly, monthly, every 6 weeks, it’s what works best for you and your body and lifestyle.

With the silly season approaching, stress and tension becomes tightened.

So book on in to see the difference a remedial massage can make to your life.

Top Tips to secure appointments. With September filling up already here are some tips to secure an appointment.

👉 Book ahead- I am usually booked a week to two weeks in advance
👉 If you can’t find an appointment to suit, contact me to go on the waitlist and if I get a cancellation you will be the first to know.
👉 know you need a certain day/time make a standard booking and that will ensure you have the day/time that suits you.
