Warmup on treadmill for 3 to 5 minutes.

Jog on nine speed for 3 minutes
Walk on five speed for 2 minutes

Repeat until you have to leave the gym.

* if you need to turn the jog speed up or down do that it doesn’t matter. Work at your pace.
