Dear Patients,

Our office is unfortunately now closed to walk-ins. If you or your loved one needs any assistance or needs to purchase any products from us, please call 6431 1542.
We are still repairing and fitting hearing aids and/or cochlear implants.
Hearing aids needing repair will need to be dropped to the Reception Desk downstairs and must be clearly labelled. Boxes provided at reception. Please call us on the above number prior to drop off so we can repair the devices ASAP.
Cochlear implant patient repairs/refits will be seen by Dr Kellie Walker urgently.
Most Bluetooth issues can be remedied over the phone by calling the above number.
Dr Kellie will be seeing patients on a triage/needs basis only, please call the above number for appointments. It would be appreciated that patients bring a mask if they have one.
Dr Kellie, Cass, Liz and Chris appreciate your continued support during this difficult time and will endeavour to meet all the needs of our patients.
