✨Traditional Abdominal Binding ✨

Abdominal binding is a beautiful, time-honoured practice found in many traditional cultures around the world.

It’s a way of supporting a woman’s body after birth — physically, emotionally, and energetically — helping her feel held, restored, and reconnected to her centre.

I’ve been practising this traditional art for 9 years, and it continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of my work — an honour to support women through such a sacred time.

Each wrap is done with intention, care, and deep respect for the wisdom passed down through generations.

We have been waiting for our turn! FINALLY we have a showing booked for 6th August at 6pm at the Gladstone Cinema.

This is an amazing documentary for all women and people interested in birth, having children, homebirth, free birth, empowered women and families and changing the world through one birth at a time! Please share with your networks.
