I was listening to a podcast the other day where someone asked the question:
‘What do you do at night?’ they were curious to hear what people did with their evenings as they had gotten into a rut of eating dinner, cleaning up, watching TV or mindlessly scrolling - same deal night after night.

A pocket of time that you intentionally set aside as part of an evening routine can settle your body for sleep and support you to let go of your day so you can wake up the next morning with a clean slate.

A quiet, simple practice can calm the nervous system, ease tightness in the body, and signal to your mind that it’s safe to rest.
You don’t need an hour or a perfect setup — just a mat (or a blanket) your breath, and the willingness to slow down.
