Hello Everyone, I have scheduled an extra BIRTH YOGA workshop for 2025 on Friday 12th December, 5.30 - 7.30pm, $130 per couple. This is a practical session exploring the different stages of labour for couples to work together using movement, positions, breath, vocalisation, and massage in preparation for the big day. It's jam packed full of hot tips and is a lot of fun too!

I've had the good fortune to be practising yoga at sunrise over this Easter break with gorgeous beach walks and ocean plunges. Now I'm preparing for Term Two which starts on Monday.
