Did you know that consistent routines can greatly reduce anxiety for neurodiverse young people? Many autistic and neurodivergent young people thrive on predictability. Routines help create a sense of safety, reduce overwhelm, and build confidence in daily life.

Whether it’s using a visual schedule, a daily planner, or setting reminders on a device - clear structure supports independence and reduces stress.

Support Tip: Try breaking tasks into small, repetitive steps and use visual tools like charts or icons to make the routine easier to follow.
