Hamstring injuries often come back because athletes rush back too soon—without full rehab, strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular control. Old scar tissue and inadequate eccentric (lengthening under load) training also create weak spots, making muscles more prone to strain. Don’t just wait for pain to stop—only return when your hamstring can truly handle the demands of sport. 🏃‍♂️💥
