Your body is like playdoh!
I don't like the sponge analogy - but anyways you and your body adapt to EVERYTHING you give it.
So think about it like this:
โถ if you're trying to build muscle, how do you expose yourself to things to do that?
โถ if you're injured, how do you expose yourself to movement and exercises to help you grow stronger (and not injure you further)
โถ if you're trying to lose weight, what things can you do over TIME which can help you get there?
A mistake which puts unnecessary pressure on yourself is being impatient for time-based goals.
Habits aren't built over night, nor are strong capable bodies.
So what can you do from here?
Start to think about how you can expose yourself to MORE positive things which help your health and fitness goals.
Compound these positives with time and you've got a recipe for success.
If you're interested in exposing yourself to the right exercises at the right time and build long term sustainable habits, you can book in a call with me here! Would love to craft a plan together with you
