I have received 4 questions about Momoyoga this week, so thought I'd pop this here, just in case you wanted to come along to a yoga class at Citta Flow, but were also worried about payments, privacy and/or security.

We use Momoyoga to manage our bookings at Citta Flow. Momoyoga is a booking platform designed specifically for yoga studios.

Momoyoga was created 10 + years ago. Momoyoga helps us stay organised and makes it simple for you to book your classes. As a small studio with just 9 spots per class, it allows us to manage bookings fairly and efficiently.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a global payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Stripe is one of the most trusted and secure payment systems available, and it ensures your bank or credit card details are fully encrypted and protected. At no point do we see or store your full card details.

We understand that online security is an important consideration, especially with increasing awareness around digital fraud. If you’d like to read more, you can view our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions on our website, or learn more about Momoyoga and Stripe through their official websites.

We do not accept cash at the studio because casual drop in's on the day without a prior booking are not possible when we only have 9 spots available in each class, and we would hate to have to turn you away if the class is full.

This class is designed to be truly accessible — whether you prefer to practice on a chair, a mat, or a combination of both. You’re always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you.

Perfect for:

Each class offers slow, steady movement, simple stretches, and guided breathing to help release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system.

We are open this weekend, with all usual classes running, including Monday for the Anzac Day public holiday.

If you’re joining us on Saturday morning, please allow a little extra time to arrive, as the Dawn Service at Skirk Park may mean some road closures around town.

At the beginning of each class, we’ll take a quiet moment to honour the day with a minute of stillness and reflection.
