Macleay Options Ltd Macleay Options provides support services to people with a disability who live in the Macleay Valley, on the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia.

Our philosophy of care encompasses dignity, respect and the rights of the individual in the support they receive Our guiding principles

Macleay Options operates within the provisions of the Commonwealth and NSW Disability Service Acts and their associated Disability Service Standards, as well as stringent Quality Assurance processes. The basis of all our policies is to have maximum consultation with and input from all stakeholders, in particular our service employees and clients and their families and guardians. We are committed to:

◾Acting in the interests of our employees and clients with honesty, integrity, fairness and goodwill;
◾Respecting the rights of employees and clients to exercise control over their own lives according to their own values and preferences;

Drop-In Support Outing 🌿📸

Bruce enjoys his weekly adventures with the beautiful Leanne! They recently visited Kylie’s Hut in Crowdy Bay National Park and Queens Beach. Regular trips along the Mid North Coast give Bruce the chance to get out, enjoy nature, and capture some amazing shots with his camera.

We are incredibly proud to share that Amy Hayes, one of our wonderful support workers will be representing our community at the 2026 IMF RAW Championships in Weipa, QLD this July.

Alongside Amy, the amazing team of Amy Thompson, Joy Fitzpatrick, Maria Frazer, Annette Lawrence will be travelling to compete and represent our community.

We cannot congratulate you all enough on this fantastic achievement. Your dedication and hard work are inspiring, and we wish you the very best of luck! 👏

Andrew hasn’t been in the water for over a year, but last week he finally got to experience a swim again! 💦

Moments like these mean so much. Seeing Andrew back in the pool, smiling and enjoying himself, was truly special.

A huge thank you to Macksville Aquatic Centre for providing this opportunity for our participants. And an even bigger thank you to our incredible staff who go above and beyond every day to make moments like this possible.

As many of you are aware, our commercial laundry facility recently burned down. While we work hard to rebuild and move forward, we’re asking for the community’s support in our other departments.

🏗 💙Building Progress. Building Community. Building Hope.

Exciting progress is underway at the Macleay Family & Community Centre in Kempsey.

Construction continues to progress, with lift shafts now complete, door frames being installed, and structural works advancing toward roof installation in March. Every milestone brings us closer to opening a purpose-built, 24-unit facility providing crisis and transitional accommodation for young mothers, women and their children, and youth leaving domestic and family violence.

Beyond accommodation, the Centre will offer wrap-around services including mental and allied health support, community service offices, meeting spaces, and a welcoming cafe, creating a safe place for connection, recovery and new beginnings.

Expressions of Interest are now open for service providers and office spaces.

Together, we are building stronger futures for the Macleay Valley.
