We are excited to welcome Ben to our Physiofit team!
Growing up, Ben discovered the benefits of exercise on both his physical and mental health through sports and the gym, which led him to pursuing his career in Exercise Physiology.
Ben enjoys helping others to understand their bodies and help improve their health.
He has a particular interest in cardiac, neurological and musculoskeletal areas of practice.
When not at work, Ben enjoys camping, hiking, his own strength training and videogaming!
