"Ashlee is a Northern Tasmanian local with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science. She is passionate about providing individualised, evidence-based nutrition care to support women’s health across all life stages.

Ashlee’s key areas of interest include gut health, food intolerances, diabetes, and sustainable weight management. She is dedicated to empowering women with practical, science-backed nutrition strategies to help them feel strong, energised, and confident in their bodies"
