From KFC and Maccas everyday to 2 years later a completely different person inside and out 💖💪💪 it’s been 2 years since she started with us and she has gone from strength to strength over this time.

We have loved seeing her growth and we have thoroughly loved watching both her back muscles GROW and her CONFIDENCE, entering tough mudder last year too!

This year at Ladies That Lift, we are celebrating International Women's Day on Saturday, 28 th of February 2026. We will have a panel of all-female speakers (food provided, and over $550 of prizes up for grabs).

This isn't a business event, nor are we going to talk about how you have to be more and do more…

In fact, we're sharing our own stories of struggles to triumphs on the theme of Balance The Scales, from being a single mum, gut, stress and skin health, a mid-wife whose seen the very raw and realness of being a woman, how to speak confidently about yourself (literally we have a life coach that everyone will be able to learn from ), how strength will robust your body and brain into old age, breaking down the beauty standards and filters of social media and so much more...

We want to keep this event REAL, because we are real women. This isn't Instagram, we're all human, and how often do you truly get to hear the stories of the women around you, sharing their truths, without filters or good editing.

You will leave this room feeling proud to be a woman, inspired to be a woman, and a lot more connected to the women in real life, not on social media.

2025 was big for LTL

We entered the year guns-blazing (as always) and are wrapping up this year with a fire for where we are going.

LTL is a space where women can take up room. Train hard. Learn about their bodies. And feel supported while doing it (usually listening to great tunes and shouting from the mezzazine to get that PB!).

There is so much to say about the future of women in strength spaces, and why lifting weights together matters just as much as lifting weights solo.

Having a place where you’re surrounded by women who get it changes how you show up — not just in training, but in life.

Our mission continues: to empower women of all fitness levels through a tailored coaching experience that improves strength, confidence, and overall sustainable well-being through our training programs, nutritional plans, and coaching connections.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We wrap up Saturday 20th December and will be back operating January 12th.

Personal Training is SO rewarding.

Watching your clients improve, lift weights they didn’t think they could, overcome old habits, mindset shifts, and achieve so much more in their journey from body changes to mental changes, it’s worth it.

It truly is powerful changing lives and this has got to be one of the best feelings as a trainer to help support someone’s growth.

We want to take this moment to shoutout to our trainers who truly make such a difference in womens lives each day.

I get it navigating this industry yourself is hard. But that’s why I’ve done and continue to invest in my own personal development. In fact I’m part of Wolf Pack, a 12 month all things Personal Training, coaching, nutrition, business, mindset and lifestyle internship with Australia’s leading Personal Training Studio - Enterprise Fitness.

Sacrificing things you love to some-how unlock this happier version of yourself is not the case, putting yourself through pain, guilt or shame is not the way to live. I am invested in your health and well-being - my focus is on 5 elements, food, digestion, sleep, stress and training all of which create a powerful, confident and empowered woman.

I want to inspire, educate and empower all females with an interest in health and fitness.

I like to get the basics right, and have a less is more approach.
