I am very familiar with all the nutritional needs and how nutrition helps to manage medical conditions across all ages groups from infant to care of the older. I have over 29 years experience as a dietitian and nutritionist with a BSc(hons) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I am also a certified NLP, Meta Profile Health Mindset Coach. I worked in several countries like Portugal, UK and now in Australia over 16 years. Services include individual/ group consultations, telephone and Skype consultations, home and supermarket visits along with a range of specific group educational sessions to clients and health professionals. I provide a service with referral care plans from your GP, HICAPS is available for private health. I also offer a discounted service to pensioners. There’s just something beautiful about watching someone fully enjoy their life 🤩 Seeing that kite surfer instantly reminded me how precious the present moment is. It’s where we feel the most free.

There’s something so comforting about gathering in a space like this… fresh air, soft light, and everyone arriving with their own stories, their own stress, their own hopes.

And then the breath begins.
Little by little, you can feel the whole room shift as shoulders drop, minds quiet, and hearts open. It’s like watching people remember themselves again.

What I love most about these sessions is how simple it really is:
