Also my field is in Immune-disease and dietary recommendation. Cancer and Bariatric surgery is where Monica has extended hospital and community clinical experience. I am very familiar with all the nutritional needs and how nutrition helps to manage medical conditions across all ages groups from infant to care of the older. I have over 29 years experience as a dietitian and nutritionist with a BSc(hons) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I am also a certified NLP, Meta Profile Health Mindset Coach. I worked in several countries like Portugal, UK and now in Australia over 16 years. Services include individual/ group consultations, telephone and Skype consultations, home and supermarket visits along with a range of specific group educational sessions to clients and health professionals. Alright, hereโ€™s what I had for breakfast today โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿณ

I made my 40g protein scrambled eggs and honestlyโ€ฆ this is one of those meals that makes the whole day easier. I added spinach ๐ŸŒฟ and a few cherry tomatoes ๐Ÿ… so Iโ€™m getting protein plus some colour and fibre without overthinking it.

A high-protein breakfast is one of the simplest ways to keep energy steady, stay full for longer, and avoid that mid-morning snack hunt ๐Ÿ˜…

And on the side, I had my warm cocoa drink โ˜•๐Ÿซ
It feels cosy, but it still fits my goals and keeps me satisfied.
