Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎄I would like to thank everyone who has supported the Handover HeARTwork Project in this incredible journey of making a difference in the lives of grieving families. I have been overwhelmed by the amount of support and encouragement from so many people, schools, community groups and hospitals. This year because of all of you this small community project has grown in size to something I never thought possible and I am very grateful for all of your support. ❤️
