Are you workplace ready?

From December 1st, new regulations and legislation will recognise that psychosocial hazards are just as important as physical ones. This will create new obligations for Victorian employers to identify, prevent, and manage risks associated with these harms in their workplaces.

As said by Hon. Deputy Premier Ben Carroll, “Now is the time for employers to assess their systems and processes to ensure they are keeping their workers safe from both physical and psychological harm.” There is no better way to ensure this than attending our Mental Health First Aid Course with your staff, to empower your leaders and employees to recognise, respond, and reduce psychosocial risks early.

Don’t wait for December! Start by equipping your people with Mental Health First Aid Workplace training facilitated by Michelle Kleinert OAM proven to reduce stigma, improve culture, and support early intervention.
